用光瞳切趾法提高数据存储密度
          
Pupil apodization for increasing data storage density

摘    要
介绍了一种用于提高光数据存储系统存储密度的技术。在共焦读出系统的光瞳处使用超分辨滤光片。共焦读出系统的主要特点是光束两次通过滤光片。给出了分析系统性能的方法,并重点研究了使用无移焦滤光片情况下的系统性能。尽管可达到的存储密度仍然依赖于滤光片的特性,但通过这种方法可显著提高存储密度。
