摘要
流量测量在工业生产过程中极其重要,基于光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)的流量传感器具有一系列的优点而备受重视。结合研究成果,详细说明了常见的的靶式FBG流量计、压差式FBG流量计、涡轮式FBG流量计以及其它类型的FBG流量传感器的测量原理和实验情况,最后展望了基于FBG的流量传感器的发展方向。
Abstract
Flow measurement is extremely important in the industrial production process, and the flow sensors based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG) have a series of advantages and attract much attention. Combined with the research results, the measurement principles and experimental conditions of the common target FBG flowmeter, differential pressure FBG flowmeter, turbo FBG flowmeter and other types of FBG flow sensors are described in detail. Finally, the development direction of flow sensors based on FBG is prospected.
