单壁碳纳米管增强近红外区激光热疗效果

摘要
分别从细胞层面和在体层面研究单壁碳纳米管(SWNT)对近红外区980 nm激光热疗的增强效应。 细胞层面研究:对照组无处理,单壁碳纳米管组孵育单壁碳纳米管2 h,激光组照射980 nm激光,激光+单壁碳纳米管组孵育单壁碳纳米管2 h后照射980 nm激光,各处理组细胞继续培养12 h,CCK8检测细胞死亡率。 在体层面研究:对照组无处理,单壁碳纳米管组在肿瘤部位注射单壁碳纳米管,激光组照射980 nm激光,激光+单壁碳纳米管组在肿瘤部位注射单壁碳纳米管6 h后照射980 nm激光。比较4组的杀伤效果、肿瘤增长、生存情况等。 结果表明,相对于激光治疗组,激光+单壁碳纳米管组具有显著的杀伤效果,有效抑制肿瘤增长,明显提高治愈率。说明单壁碳纳米管能够显著地增强980 nm激光热疗效果。
Abstract
The enhance effects of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT) during photothermal therapy in 980 nm region in vitro and in vivo are studied. For in vitro study,the control group was not treated,the SWNT group was incubated with SWNT for 2 h,the laser group was irradiated with 980 nm laser,the laser+SWNT group were incubated with SWNT for 2 h and then irradiated with 980 nm laser. Cell cytotoxicity was assessed with CCK8 at 12 h after treatment. For in vivo study,the control group was not treated,the SWNT group was injected with SWNT,the laser group was irradiated with 980 nm laser,the laser+SWNT group were injected with SWNT and irradiated with 980 nm laser 6 h after injection.The destroy effects,tumor growth,survival rate between four groups were compard. The results show that compared to laser group,the laser+SWNT group could destruct the tumors significantly inhibit tumor growth effectively,and improve survival rate of mice. It indicates that SWNT could significantly enhance the photothermal therapy in 980 nm region.
