摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制取了Na2Si2O5 xFe2O3(x=1,3,5%)玻璃,其玻璃和熔体的Raman谱图表明随铁含量的增加920cm-1谱峰明显增强,而1000cm-1附近则出现一个小的尖峰.讨论了引起这些谱峰变化的原因.
Abstract
Na2Si2O5 xFe2O3 (x=1,3,5%)were prepared by Solgel method. Raman spectroscopy study indicated that the materials were indeed glasses after cooled in air from 900℃. Room and high temperature Raman spectra of the materials showed that as the content of ferric iron increased there are obvious changes at the band of 900 and 1000 cm-1, these changes needed to be studied in further research.
