Raman Study of Nanocrystal Ba1-xSrxTiO3 on Ferroelectric Phase Transition
摘要
本文测定了不同Sr含量的钛酸锶钡(Ba1-xSrxTiO3)纳米晶的拉曼光谱,发现了随着Sr含量的增加,517cm-1[E(TO)与A1(TO)]光学声子模劈裂为双峰和相对低频声子模向低频漂移,而相对高频声子模向高频漂移现象.当x=0.4时,软模解冻,Ba1-xSrxTiO3铁电相不能维持而呈现顺电相结构.
Abstract
The nanocrystal Ba1-xSrxTiO3 system with various Srdoped concentrations has been investigated by Raman scattering. The result indicated that with the increasing of Sr dopant, the [E(TO)and A1(TO)] optical phonon peak at 517cm-1 splits into two peaks clearly and the lower frequency phonon mode shifts to the lower frequency, and the higher frequency phonon mode shifts to the higher frequency. At room temperature, as x=0.4, the soft mode is soften, Ba1-xSrxTiO3 transforms from a ferroelectric tetragonal phase to a paraelectric cubic phase.
