摘要
采用外加电场极化方法,在Z切1 mm厚的KTiOPO4晶体中实现了周期性极化反转.晶体的极化反转周期为9.0 μm,相互作用长度为3 mm.波长为1.064 μm的基频光功率为900 mW,晶体中心温度为32 ℃时,获得0.532 μm、22 μW的倍频绿光输出,二次谐波转换效率为0.0024%.
Abstract
The electric field poling was used to achieve the periodic poling Z cut 1 mm KTiOPO 4 crystal (PPKTP). The grating period inverted was 9.0 μm and the interaction length was 3 mm in the crystal. By using a CW Nd∶YAG laser as a fundamental wave at 1.064 μm, input power in PPKTP of 900 mW, 22 μW green SHG at 0.532 μm was obtained at 32 ℃. The conversion efficiency of SHG was 0.0024%.
