摘要
报道了新型高效BiB3O6晶体优良的非线性光学性能,给出了蓝紫外波段的相位匹配曲线。将该晶体用于纳秒电光调Q-Nd:YAG激光器中,对基波(1064 nm)及其倍频光(532 nm)进行和频得到了转换效率为192%的355 nm紫外激光输出,高于相同条件下用BBO晶体作为三倍频晶体的结果。
Abstract
A new BiB3O6(BIBO) crystal and its optical properties were reported. This article presents the phase-matching-angles of third-harmonic-generation(THG) of Nd:YAGlaser(1064 nm) and second-harmonic-generation(SHG) of 946 nm. The THG experiments of BIBO crystal with length of 6 mm were performed using Q-switched Nd:YAGlaser and the conversion efficiency of this crystal from 1064 nm to 355 nm was 19.2%.
