摘要
由于横向抽运的DPSSL输出光束在两个垂直方向上有不同的发散角,把一对平行放置的柱透镜置于谐振腔内,形成一种可以改善激光器输出光束质量的新型谐振腔.利用ABCD传输矩阵理论及等效G参数法计算了稳腔范围.从实验上测得横向上光束质量为M2x=1.231,而对于简单的平凹腔M2x=2.672,大大改善了DPSSL在横向上的光束质量因子.
Abstract
An alignment-free resonator is used in diode pumped solid-state laser (DPSL). A compact anti-maladjusted passive Q-switched DPSL has been developed by quasi-CW diode uneven side-pumping, and using Cr 4+∶YAG passive Q-switch, conductive-cooling, KTP frequency doubling. The laser specifications are as follows: The wavelength is 0.53 μm with flattened Gaussian beam at far field, the energy is 52.2 mJ/pulse, the output stability is 0.5%, total efficiency is 3.4%, the pulse width is ~6 ns, the repetition rate is 10~40 Hz, and the divergence angle is 2.3 mrad.
