摘要
在利用模清洁器改善全固化单频Nd:YVO4激光器输出激光质量的基础上,利用准相位匹配(QPM)技术抽运三共振周期性极化铌酸锂晶体组成的光学参量振荡器(PPLN OPO),在低至1.5 mW的阈值抽运功率下获得2.1 μm的近简并下转换光输出;当抽运功率为6 mW时,输出0.9 mW下转换光,光-光转换效率为15%.
Abstract
An optimized all solid state single frequency Nd∶YVO 4 laser at 1.06 μm with a mode cleaner was used to pump a optical parametric oscillator consisting of periodically poled LiNbO 3. The near degenerate subharmonic wave at 2.1 μm wavelength was obtained under a pumped threshold of 1.5 mW. The subharmonic output of 0.9 mW was produced at a pump power of 6 mW. The light to light conversion efficiency is 15%.
