127I2频率调制光谱在微型Nd:YVO4激光稳频中的应用
Application of 127I2 Doppler-broadened FM Spectroscopy to Frequency Stabilization of Mini-Nd:YVO4 Laser
摘要
采用480 MHz频率调制和光外差光谱检测技术,将半导体激光抽运Nd:YVO4微型激光器的频率锁定在碘分子532 nm波段多普勒加宽的吸收谱线上.分析伺服误差信号表明,采用该技术锁定微型Nd:YVO4激光频率,其稳定度可达到10-10(1 s积分时间).
Abstract
By using frequency modulation optical heterodyne technique, the frequency of diode pumped Nd∶YVO 4/KTP intra cavity frequency doubling mini laser is locked to Doppler broadened absorption line of 127 I 2 near 532 nm. The analysing of error signal shows that it is possible to make laser frequency stability up to 10 -10 at 1 s average time.
