一种简单的测量生物组织折射率的方法
A Simple Measurement Method of the Refractive Index of Biotissue
摘要
提出一种利用全反射原理,精确测量生物组织以及一般均匀介质折射率的方法.用波长分别为0.488 μm,0.6328 μm,1.0795 μm和1.3414 μm的激光,测量了水以及几种猪组织的折射率,并拟合出它们的色散方程.结果证明该方法具有可靠和简单易行等特点.
Abstract
A simple method based on total internal reflection is presented for accurately measuring the refractive index of biological tissue. The refractive indices of water and a few kinds of porcine tissues have been determined at 0 488 μm, 0 6328 μm, 1 0795 μm and 1 3414 μm laser wavelength respectively, and their dispersion equations have been calculated. It proves that the method has great reliability and accuracy.
