高效率可调谐掺镱双包层光纤激光器研究
A High Efficient Tunable Yb Doped Double Cladding Fiber Laser
摘要
研究了一种高效率可调谐掺镱双包层光纤激光器,在抽运半导体激光为915 nm、功率为1 W的条件下,掺镱双包层光纤激光器的最大输出功率为440 mW,输出斜效率约为80%.输出光束的M2因子为:x方向1.06,y方向1.04.用一光栅作为输出耦合,输出波长可在1070 nm~1150 nm的范围内调谐.
Abstract
A tunable ytterbium doped double cladding fiber laser with high efficiency has been investigated. The output power of the fiber laser was about 440 mW using 1 W 915 nm LD pumping and the slope efficiency was about 80%. The M 2 factor of the output beam in both directions were 1.06 and 1.04, respectively. The output wavelength can be tuned from 1070 nm~1150 nm while using a grating at output coupler.
