三维超分辨光瞳滤波器
3-D Superresolution Pupil Filter
摘要
提出一种改进的漏光型环形光瞳滤波器以期达到三维超分辨效果。对该光瞳滤波器与单透镜系统相结合的横向和轴向特性进行了详细分析,并给出了一个具有三维超分辨特性的光瞳实例。结果表明这种改进的漏光型光瞳滤波器具有三维超分辨能力,由于其轴向旁瓣强度太大,故利用共焦扫描成像系统点扩散函数乘积性抑制旁瓣,并取得较好的三维超分辨效果。
Abstract
A new type of leakyannular pupil filter is designed to achieve 3-D superresolution in this paper. Bothtransversal and axial property of this filter are analysed and a simulation example filteris provided which improves 3-D resolution of the imaging system when it is combined withconventional imaging system. Unfortunately, the sidelobe of axial intensity distributionis too high in conventional system. With applying this pupil filter to confocal scanningmicroscope, a good 3-D superresolution is achieved.
