摘要
从Jones矩阵理论出发,利用统计平均的方法,导出在受激布里渊散射光纤陀螺(SBS-FOG)敏感环中保偏光纤熔接点处偏振主轴进行θ角旋转后,传输光的偏振度P与光纤敏感环各参数之间的函数关系.在此基础上,进一步分析了光纤敏感环中传输光偏振本征态的特性,得出当L1=L2,θ=90°时在敏感环中的传输光不仅具有最大偏振度,而且还使其中的两个本征偏振态(ESOP)达到稳定的结论.
Abstract
The relationship between polarization degree of the transmitted light and the parameters of the fiber sensing coil was deduced by using statistical average method based on the Jones matrix theory for the stimulated Brillouin scattering fiber optic gyros. The characteristics of the eigen state of polarization (ESOP) of the pump light and the stimulated Brillouin scattering light in the sensing coil were theoretically analyzed, and the conclusion about stability of the ESOP was obtained.
