Recent Progress of All-Fiber Optic Current Sensors
摘要
用于电力系统电流测量的全光纤电流传感器由于具有传统电流互感器无法比拟的优点,具有广阔的应用前景。本文首先介绍了光学电流传感器的发展状况和主要问题,然后综述了全光纤电流传感器的基本原理和研究现状,重点讨论了减小和消除双折射效应的新型传感头材料以及传感头结构设计的研究,最后介绍了其与光纤通信和现代数据处理技术等相结合应用的最新进展。
Abstract
All-fiber optic current sensors (AFOCS) used to measure the power supply system is superior to conventional current transformers and has broad prospect of application. The development condition and main problems of optic current sensors are described, and the basic principles and the present research status of AFOCS are reviewed, with emphasis on the research of materials and the structure of new sensing heads for decreasing and eliminating birefringence effect. Finally, the new progress of recent AFOCS applications combining with optical fibre communication and modern data processing techniques are introduced.
