介绍了使用双光束干涉法测量变折射率光纤设备的原理及实验结果。并对此方法进行了误差分析,对实际的设备制造提出了精度要求。
Abstract
The theory of nonlinear refractive-index profile measurement of fibers using two-beam interferometric method is introduced, and the result of this experiment is given. According to the theory and the method, the error analysis of the experiment and device is given. Due to the analysis, the precision of the components of the device is proposed.
