摘要
全固态激光器(DPL)作为新一代的优质相干光源,具有广阔的应用前景。全固态激光器中使用的大量晶体给晶体镀膜的研究与发展提出了挑战。重点介绍了DPL用晶体镀膜的研究进展以及存在的问题,并对晶体镀膜的未来进行了展望。
Abstract
As a new generation of high performance coherent light source, diode-pumped lasers have promising applications, large numbers of crystals used there in bring about challenges to the research and development of coatings on the crystals. This paper presents the research progress, the existing problems and the prospects of coating on the crystals.
