摘要
共聚焦内窥镜光学成像系统是将共聚焦扫描成像技术与内窥镜系统相结合,对体内器官组织在细胞层次上进行无损伤、动态、实时地远程检测和分析。系统介绍了共聚焦内窥镜成像系统的结构、原理、发展及影响系统性能的关键技术的研究现状,并对其优点及在实践中的应用前景进行阐述。
Abstract
Confocal endoscopic optical imaging system can reach inner body to image and analyze the tissue at cell level nondestructively, dynamically and in real time by combining confocal scanning imaging technique and endoscopic system. The framework, principle, development and key techniques of the optical system are described in detail. The advantages and prospects for applications are presented.
