摘要
对"强光一号"加速器预脉冲气体开关特性进行了初步研究,估算了开关固有电容等电气参数.发现在数百ns的电压脉冲作用下,对于满足均匀场或接近均匀场条件的开关,其击穿电压接近其直流自击穿电压.在此基础上,针对"强光一号"加速器预脉冲的特点,选取加速器中预脉冲开关的工作间距及工作气压,在开关间距为24mm,气压为0.6MPa时,成功地抑制了预脉冲.
Abstract
The gas switch is one of the commonly employed parts in accelerators. For the prepulse gas switches in Qiangguang-I,the parameters are calculated, and their characteristics under constant voltage are obtained through calculation and experiments, on the basis of which the switch gap and pressure are determined to eliminate the prepulse voltage to the diode. Both the simulation waveforms and experimental waveforms are presented in this paper.
