摘要
介绍了膏药含膏量的激光检测系统,详细介绍了系统的测量原理、电路结构以及膏药含膏量的测量结果。实验表明激光检测与β射线定量检测仪的测量结果具有可比性,两者都可以分辨出含膏量0.1 g的变化。但光电检测系统的安全性好,结构简单,易于在膏药生产行业推广,具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract
The system based on laser transmission method to measure the plaster ointment content was introduced in this paper. The principle and structure of the system were reported in detail. The relation of the system output and the plaster ointment content was established, and this result was compared with the results by the use of commercial β-ray instrument. Both systems can detect 0.1 g variation of the ointment content, but the optoelectronic system is safer and more compact, and can be used in the plaster industry.
