8mm芯片集成接收机仿真与研制
SIMULATION AND FABRICATION OF 8mm INTEGRATED CHIP RECEIVER
摘要
介绍了用MCM-D技术研制的8mm芯片集成接收机的设计方法及系统实现. 用Agilent ADS软件进行了系统仿真,给出了接收机仿真与实测结果,测得接收机增益为20.2dB,接收灵敏度为-92dBm,噪声系数接近5dB.
Abstract
design method and the system fabrication process of 8mm integrated chip receiver with MCM-D are introduced. Agilent ADS software is used to receiver system simulation. Results of ADS simulation and measured values of receiver are given as measured gain reaches 20.2dB, sensitivity reaches-92dBm and noise figure reaches 5dB, respectively.
