准相位匹配LiNbO3波导全光波长变换的理论研究
THEORETICAL RESEARCH OF QUASI-PHASE-MATCHED ALL-OPTICAL WAVELENGTH CONVERSION IN LiNbO3 WAVEGUIDES
摘要
对周期性极化LiNbO3(PPLN)光波导实现准相位匹配全光波长变换进行了理论研究,得出了提高准相位匹配和全频光波长变换效率的有效途径,为准相位匹配全光波长变换器的研制提供了理论指导.
Abstract
Periodically poled LiNbO 3(PPLN) waveguide quasi-phase-matched all-optical wavelength conversion was studied theoretically. The analysis suggests useful criteria for the optimization of the fabrication parameters in order to enhance the efficiency of quasi-phase-matched wavelength conversion processes.
