摘要
对TC1钛合金激光焊接工艺及接头性能进行研究.通过设计拖罩及专用夹具,较好解决了焊接熔池的保护,获得了无气孔、裂纹,表面无氧化的银白色焊接接头.熔透1.5mm的板材,焊接速度可达3m/min..接头横截面形貌为"沙漏"状.通过组织和力学性能分析发现,尽管组织较粗大,焊缝仍具有较好的综合性能
Abstract
The technology and joint properties of TC1 titanium alloy using CO 2 laser welding were investigated. The problem of melting pool protection was resolved by designing a rear-cover and a special clamp. Joints with good quality were obtained, which had no pore, crack and surface-oxidation. In addition, the welding speed could reach 3m/min with the plate of 1.5mm thickness being penetrated. The profile of joint cross sections was "sandglass". Through analyses of the microstructure and mechanical property, it has bee found that the weld with the relatively coarse microstructure still has good performances.
