本文采用二氧化碳激光治疗140例腋臭病人.140例患者术后1个月痊愈100例,2个月内痊愈20例,2个月以上痊愈10例,仅5例术后仍有不良气味.本组病例与同期行外科手术治疗的140例腋臭患者比较,二氧化碳激光治疗腋臭具有痊愈快,无并发症的优点,值的推广.

Background:Axillary osmidrosis is a distressing disorder charicterized by unpleasant odor,profuse sweating,and occasional staining of clothes.Various types of surgical procedures have been developed for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Objective:Introduce a more effective and simple odor measurement method for axillary osmidrosis.Methods:140 patients with axillary osmidrosis were treated by carbon dioxide laser vaporization and 140 patients with the disease were treated by surgical operation.Results:one hundred of 140 patients had recovered in 1 month,20 patients in 2 months and 10 in 3 months after they received CO₂ laser vaporization.Conclusion:Compared with surgical operation,CO₂ laser vaporization in treatment of osmidrosis has the advantages of a high success rate,no complication,no admission treatment and rapid recovery.
