高能束涂覆件基体热影响区及多冲服役行为

摘要
采用激光高能束熔覆试件,发现基体在熔覆时吸收能量越大,热影响区就越宽,中碳钢等可淬火材料会淬火硬化,组织会明显细化.奥氏体不锈钢等材料的基体不出现淬火硬化与组织细化现象.在多冲碰撞载荷作用的服役条件下,已淬火硬化的基体可能会软化,而且容易出现裂纹等缺陷;硬度不高的基体一般会出现一段硬化.
Abstract
The experiment result to clad test-piece by laser beam show that the more the energy substrate absorb, the more wide the hot affect region is. This region can be quenched hardening and get very fine organization if the material of the substrate is middle carbon steel, ets. Contrariwise the substrate of austenite not have these change. In the work condition of multiple-impact load the substrate to have quenched hardening may be softened but to appear crack easily. The substrate not to be very hard may be hardened in a distance.
