摘要
激光冲击处理(又称激光喷丸)技术是利用强脉冲激光致的压力冲击波在金属材料表层产生应变硬化的一种新型表面强化技术.本文介绍了激光冲击处理技术的特点,分析了国内外最新发展状况,特别是LLNL、MIC、GE等公司应用激光冲击强化涡轮发动机零件的工艺.
Abstract
As a new surface strengthening technology, Laser peening (laser shock processing) uses intense pulse laser to produce shock waves on metal surface, which induce strain hardening in the surface of metal. In this paper, the characteristics of laser shock processing were introduced at first, then the latest development was analyzed, especially the technologies of laser shock processing turbine engine components in LLNL、MIC 、GE corporations. The future application on improvement of fatigue properties was summarized in this paper.
