目的:观察KTP激光联合不同方法治疗鼻泪管阻塞的疗效,并对其进行分析.方法:采用KTP激光疏通鼻泪管后,再分别注入典必殊眼膏或植入硅胶管,随访六个月.结果:两组有效率分别为90.24%,97.56%,治愈率为63.41%,75.61%(P＜0.05).结论:KTP激光联合不同方法治疗鼻泪管阻塞是一种安全有效值得推广的好方法.

Objectuve: To observe the effects of the treatment of the obstructive disease of nasolacrimal duct with other methods and anylize them.Method: KTP laser was used to reform patency of nasolacrimal duct,then filling the duct with TobraDex ointment or silicon,all patients were followed up 6 months.Result: the effective rates of two groups were 90.24%,97.56%.the healing rates of ywo groups were 63.41%,75.61%.(P<0.05).Conclusion: KTP laser with silicon or TobraDex ointmentare safe and effective therapy in nasolacimal duct occlusion.
