High-resolution Mesdurement of the Soft X-ray Spectra of an Iron-target Laser-produced Plasma
摘要
在高真空环境下使用McPHERSON 2 4 7型掠入射单色仪测量了纳秒激光激发的Fe等离子体 5~ 2 7nm波段的软X射线光谱 ,单色仪光谱分辨率Δλ≤ 0 .0 75nm ,波长扫描间隔 0 .1nm ,认证出了若干电离Fe的强谱线。
Abstract
Soft X-ray spectra of iron plsdma produced by nano-second laser in the 5~27nm range was measured using the McPHERSON model 247 monochrometer in high vacuum,with a monochrometer resolution of ????0.075nm and a wavelength scanning interval of 0.1nm.Certain strong emission lines were identified.
