摘要
采用He-Ne激光,对穿过自由旋气动窗口的远场聚焦光斑进行图像采集和数据处理,研究气动窗口对透过其输出通道的激光束所带来的偏转和随机抖动现象,计算分析气动窗口对激光束发散特性的影响,定义和实验研究气动窗口的光束质量U因子.同时,分析讨论气动窗口对激光束远场聚焦光斑光强分布的影响,并提出气动窗口光束质量和气动窗口设计的进一步研究思路.
Abstract
Theoretical and experimental study on the optical properties of the free-vortex aerodynamic window (FADW) using the method of far-field beam is described.It mainly reports the deflexion and jitter of the far-field converged beam of He-Ne laser through the FADW.And the beam quality factor β of the FADW has been defined and studied in particular.At the same time it discusses the effect on the far-field beam spatial distribution of the FADW.At last it proposes the reference of the further study on the beam quality and the optimize design of the FADW.
