Calculation and simulation analysis of A6 relativistic magnetron's resonated system
摘要
利用等效电路法和高频分析软件(HFSS)对A6相对论磁控管谐振系统进行 了理论计算与模拟分析,着重考虑了相对论磁控管端帽的引入对谐振频率的影响.模拟和冷 测均表明:相对论磁控管端帽的引入将对谐振频率造成一定影响,在端帽的某些尺寸下,同一模式将会分裂出两个谐振频率.这将加剧磁控管内部的模式 竞争而不利于磁控管的工作.
Abstract
A6 relativistic magnetron resonant system is calculated and simulated by equivalent circuit and high frequency structure simulator (HFSS of agilent), and the effect of end cap to resonant frequency is especially presented in this paper. Results of simulation and cold test show that the end cap will cause change of resonant frequency, and in some case, the end cap will result in that two different resonant frequencies satisfy the same resonant mode, which will make mode compete more acute and disadvantageous to work of relativistic magnetron.
