矩形波导内的有效模密度
Effective Mode Density in a Planar Micro-cavity
摘要
本文依据模式计数思想,提出了矩形波导内有效模密度的计算公式,举例说明了腔内有效模密度与原子位置的关系,计算机模拟了模密度曲线,揭示了原子在腔内自发辐射的特点。
Abstract
According to the idea of “mode counting”, we give the formulas for the effective mode density in a rectangular waveguide, and analyse the conditions at different points of the cavity and simulate the mode density curves at singular points with computer. The effective mode density describes the spontaneous emission rate of an atom, so this article give us a general idea about the features of spontaneous emission of an atom in a rectangular waveguide cavity.
