棱镜色散腔的自动调谐及计算机控制系统
Self-tuning of Prism Chromatic Dispersion Cavity and it's Computer Control System
摘要
本文对棱镜色散腔自动调谐的原理及实现方法以及计算机控制系统作了较为详细的阐述。该自动调谐系统适用于固体可调谐激光器,实验中该调谐方法用于Nd:YAG锁模激光(532~nm)泵浦的钛宝石激光器<sup>[1]</sup>,能实现680~980~nm范围的波长自动调谐输出。
Abstract
In this paper, thetheory and experimental method of self-tuning of prism chromatic dispersion cavity arediscussed in detail. The computer control system for self-tuning is also elaborated. Thistuning method can apply to solid tunable laser. In experiment, this tuning system is usedin Ti: sapphire laser pumped with 532~nm of Nd:YAG mode-lockinglaser. It can realize output of wavelength range from 680~nm to 980~nm.
