一维光子晶体的偏振特性研究
Study on the polarization property of 1-D photonic crystals
摘要
本文采用光子晶体带隙结构计算的Pendry理论研究了一维光子晶体的偏振特性,由Pendry理论导出的传输矩阵法计算了TE模和TM模的透射谱,不同入射角时基频PBG(Photonic band gap)分布,固定入射角及入射光频率时透射率随介质a的填充率因子变化曲线.
Abstract
The polarization properties of photonic crystals were studied. Using transfer matrix method deduced from Pendry theory, we calculate transmission spectra of S-polarization and P-polarization, PBG (photonic crystal band-gap) at base frequency with different incident angle, plots of transmission efficiency dependent on the packing rate of medium a with specific incident angle and specific frequency of incident beam.
