摘要
介绍了国内外局域体全息光栅的理论分析方法、衍射性能的研究和应用情况。重点介绍了局域体全息光栅的耦合波理论方法及其在设计基本光学元件、光通信、集成光学等方面的应用及其发展现状。
Abstract
Recent advances in theoretical analysis methods, diffraction properties and applications of finite size volume grating are presented with emphasis on the coupled wave theory of the finite size volume grating with different boundaries. Its applications and development status in designing the basic optical elements, optical communication and integrated optics, etc are also described.
