反射镜稳定系统的仿真与误差分析
SIMULATION AND ERROR ANALYSIS OF MIRROR STABILIZED SYSTEM JI Ming
摘要
提出一种光电稳定系统的误差分析方法。该方法 建立在对 稳定控制系统仿真设计的基础上,利用稳定系统刚度传递函数曲线,对各种扰动源引起的误差 进行分析与计算。利用该误差分析方法,将使设计者在设计中明确应该对哪些误差进行控制, 从而实现总体精度要求。最后用一具体设计实例验证本方法。
Abstract
An error analytical method of electro-optic stabilized system is proposed.The method is based on a simuiation design of stablized cont ro l system.The errors due to disturbance sources are analgzed and calculated by us e of stiffness transfer function curves of stablized syetem.
