The practical technology of electro optical composite collector ring is proposed. The electromagnetic disturbance between signals is actively depressed. The friction torque of the mechanic conducting collector ring is decreased with the decrement of quantity of collector rings, so that the stabilization accuracy of the panoramic platform is effectively improved.
