光电阴极积分灵敏度测试仪

摘要
简单叙述光电阴极积分灵敏度的测试原理.介绍光电阴极灵敏度测试仪的构成,并描述积分灵敏度的测试方法及过程.给出灵敏度放大电路及设计方法.通过计算证明:该测试仪能够满足科研和生产的要求.
Abstract
The working principle of the measuring system designed for testing the integral sensitivity of photocathodes is described briefly. The structure of the system is introduced, and the method and process used for measuring the integral sensitivity of photocathodes are presented. The sensitivity amplifying circuit and design method are also given in this paper. It is demonstrated with some formulas that the system can meet the needs of production and scientific research.
