光学塑料真空镀膜附着力机理与工艺研究
ADHESION MECHANISM AND PREPARATION TECHNOLOGY OF FILM ON OPTICAL PLASTICS
摘要
依据光学塑料的基本特性,研究光学塑料真空镀膜过程中附着力的有关问题.论述薄膜生长过程中影响薄膜附着力的各种因素,针对其相关因素作了具体的理论分析.在真空镀膜实验的基础上,提出了一种提高真空镀膜附着力的具体方法.
Abstract
On the base of the property of optical plastics, the actual problems which the adhesion is not perfect in the process of the vacuum coating film on optical plastics are researched. The different kinds of factors which affect the adhesion of the film in its coating are described and analyzed. A method of improving the film adhesion based on the experiments of the vacuum coating is given.
