古代和现代睡莲叶中光合作用特性研究

摘要
本文对古莲和现代莲的研究方法进行了探索.利用色素吸收光谱测定和荧光动力学等方法获得了实验结果,(1)现代莲和美洲黄莲叶绿素的吸收明显高于古莲,(2)现代链和美洲黄莲对激发能在两个光系统间的分配有较强的调节力,二者的低温荧光产量(F730/F690)分别比古莲高151.2%和209.3%,(3)实验结果证明,地理分隔和生物进化过程对古莲向现代莲的发育进程有很大的作用,从叶绿体的光合结构和功能来看,这个进程是在趋向完善.
Abstract
(1) There was asignificient increase in light absorption of cholorophyll in present and America lotus,(2) there were more difference in the capacity to adjust the excitatipon energydistribution in the chloroplasts both in present lotus and America lotus. Their relativelow temperature fluorescence yield (F730/F690) of two photosystems was 151.2% and 209.3%respectively than ancient lotus, (3) the result proved that the geographical isolation andbiological evolution have great influence over the ancient lotus, from ancient to presentlotus, their structure and function of chloroplast are being perfected.
