介绍了一种用于对干涉系统进行闭环控制的反馈系统,对该系统的工作原理和使用方法进行了详细的介绍.并且在麦克尔逊干涉仪中对该反馈系统进行了实验,得到了满意的结果,证明了该反馈系统的有效性.
Abstract
A close-loop feedback system which is used for improving the stability of an interferometer is introduced in this paper. The principle and the operation method of the system are depicted in details. The feedback system is used in a Michelson interferometer to validate its resistibility to low frequency disturbance, and the results prove the feasibility of the feedback system.
