摘要
有机电致发光器件的Fabry-Perot光学微腔效应导致在一定波长处的发射峰强度增加、宽度压窄,因而在有机彩色显示中受到人们的重视.阐述了有机电致发光的Fabry-Perot光学微腔的发展、微腔结构和微腔效应的各种表现和理论表征.
Abstract
The organic electroluminescent microcavity effects which result in the enhanced peak as well as the narrowed full width of half maximum (FWHM) of emission attract much attention in organic color display field. The development, the structure and the microcavity effects of organic electroluminescent Fabry-Perot optical microcavity are expounded at length.
