Analysis of Multi-Gaussian Beams Coherent Superposition
摘要
采用Collins公式推导了入射高斯光束在输出场的场分布解析式,模拟了四束光在靶点相干叠加的强度分布,并分析了入射光束的位相差和离焦量对靶点光强分布的影响.
Abstract
Using the Collins formula, the analytical expression of output field distribution is derived. The coherent superposition of four Gaussian beams in the target is simulated and the influences of the phase difference and off-focus value of the incident beams on the intensity distribution of target are analyzed.
