利用δ声波场和近红外光实现乳腺肿瘤的精确定位

摘要
本文提出一种利用δ声波场和近红外光漫射理论实现球形乳腺肿瘤精确定位的新颖思路.通过构建一个δ波形的声波场,作用到乳腺组织中从而改变组织内某一点的光学特性参数,这种改变对组织表面光分布的影响可以视为微扰,通过控制其作用点在深度上扫描,测得一系列乳腺组织表面一级微扰光分布,从中提取肿瘤与正常组织的差异特性,实现乳腺肿瘤的精确定位和大小测定.该方法具有广泛的临床医学应用前景,为乳腺癌的早期检测提供一种全新思路.
Abstract
A new method to localize tumor embedded in a breast tissue by using a sound field and a NIR laser is presented. A sound field is considered and put on the breast tissue, and some variations of optical properties at the action spot occur. A perturbation of light distribution on tissue surface is obtained. The location and size information of the tumor can be extracted from the surface light distributions when the action spot is moving along the depth direction. The present method is useful for clinic applications and diagnoses of breast cancers at early stage.
