微测辐射热计焦平面阵列CMOS读出技术研究

摘要
非致冷微测辐射热计探测器以其低价格、高可靠性和高性能成为热像仪的首选.制作在硅衬底中的读出电路的设计直接影响到整个系统的性能.按读出方式来分,测辐射热计集成读出电路(ROIC)可分为顺序存取读出电路和随机存取读出电路[1],本文介绍了测辐射热计读出电路的设计原理.分别对两种读出方式作了分析,重点研究了顺序存取读出电路中的移位寄存器,提出了解决延迟的切实可行的方案.
Abstract
Uncooled microbolometer detector is becoming the first selection for its low cost, high reliability and good performance. The design of read out integrated circuit (ROIC) which is fabricated in silicon substrate is critical to the system performance. Microbolometer ROIC can be divided into sequence ROIC and random ROIC. Here the principle of microbolometer ROIC is introduced and two methods of ROIC are described. We emphasized on the shift register in sequence ROIC and a practical method to solve delay is presented.
