摘要
介绍了有机发光二极管器件(OLED)的结构和制造工艺,和以单片机为核心设计的OLED驱动控制电路,实现了对绿色OLED(32 mm×28 mm)的驱动显示,分辨率为64×56,通过采用分隔矩阵结构,提高了器件的占空比,并降低了功耗.
Abstract
The structure and fabrication technology of OLED were introduced. Based on dy namic driving technology, a green OLED with 64×56 pixels, controlled by a micro chip, was realized. To increase the duty ratio and reduce the power consum ption, the technology of separated-matrix was used in this structure of OLED.
