光纤共焦扫描显微图像渐晕校正的研究
Analysis of Image Vignetting Revising for Optic-fiber Confocal Scanning Microscope
摘要
光纤共焦扫描显微镜是一种使用单模光纤代替传统共焦扫描显微镜的针孔来形成点光源与点探测器的激光共焦扫描显微系统.本文在详细地分析了光纤共焦扫描显微镜的双振镜扫描系统产生渐晕原因的基础上,给出了渐晕校正的详细算法,并设计了与扫描采集集成为一体的硬件校正系统.
Abstract
Optic fiber confocal scanning microscope is a kind of confocal scanning microscope that uses optic fiber to form the point light resource and point detector instead of pinhole of traditional confocal scanning microscope. In this paper, vignetting of the scanning system of the optic fiber confocal scanning microscope is analyzed in detail. Revising algorithm of vignetting is described completely in theory, and relative hardware is given.
