PDP放电单元工作特性计算机辅助模拟方法的研究

摘要
等离子体显示屏技术及产业近年来得到迅速发展,也对其计算机辅助设计研究提出了更高的要求.目前PDP放电单元工作特性的CAD研究方法主要有两类,流体力学模型法和等效电路模型法.流体力学模型直接模拟放电空间各种微观粒子的产生、移动和中和情况,能够仿真出着火电压、放电电流等各类工作特性,放电空间形状、使用材料的影响等;等效电路模型只考虑放电单元的电气工作特性,如放电过程中的电压电流关系等.前者在显示屏基本特性仿真和结构优化方面有较广?河τ?后者对显示系统中驱动电路的设计优化有很大帮助.
Abstract
More and further computer-aided design study has been proposed with the rapid development of the plasma display panel technology and industry. There are two main kinds of CAD method to study the property of PDP cell now, the fluid model and the equivalent electric circuit model. Most of the situations inside the cell during discharge can be simulated with the fluid model, including the growth of discharge, the diffusion and recombination of all particles, etc. Therefore, the PDP properties, such as ignition voltage, discharge current, can be indicated with the consideration of cell structure or material. The equivalent electric circuit model focuses on the simulation of PDP electric property, such as the I-V characteristic during discharge. The fluid model can be used to simulate the basic property or optimize the cell structure, and the equivalent electric circuit model has many applications in design and optimization of PDP apparatus.
