大型激光装置光学元件管理思路

摘要
光学元件是高功率大能量强激光系统的基石,光学元件管理也就成为一个重要环节.由于高功率激光系统涉及的光学元件种类多,数量大且参数各异,并且要管理光学元器件的进、出库、各类文字性记录及各种检测数据资料,特别是为了适应今后的必学元件的动态跟踪及全寿命管理的需要,建立一套有效的光学元件管理系统势在必行.为了实现管理的自动化,本文介绍了大型激光装置中光学元件的管理流程,并对相关工作的实现提出了相应的要求.
Abstract
Optical elements are the basis of large high power laser facilities. Because the types of optics elements needed are varied and the number of optics is extensive, a feasible and effective automatic management system is needed to be applied. This article details the management process, and gives corresponding advices. The management automation application should be followed by these instructions.
