Observation of Electrostatic Microfield Inside Charged Latex Particles by Digital Reconstruction from Electron Holograms

Abstract
Latex particles are general samples used for electron holography. Electrostatic field outside charged latex particles has been investigated. The observation of electrostatic microfield inside charged latex particles (0.31 μm) is reported. Digital reconstruction is employed to decode the electron image holograms. Experimental results are presented. Correspondent analysis is also given.
