摘要
Abstract
Latex particles are general samples used for electron holography. Electrostatic field outside charged latex particles has been investigated. The observation of electrostatic microfield inside charged latex particles (0.31 μm) is reported. Digital reconstruction is employed to decode the electron image holograms. Experimental results are presented. Correspondent analysis is also given.
