Physical Simulation of Small-bore Copper-vapor Laser

摘要
Abstract
The physical simulation for a series of copper-vapor laser (CVL) (2~6 cm bore) on the base of copper-vapor kinetic equations is discussed. With the time varying the output power, the population of laser upper and lower levels, the electron temperature, the discharge current pulse outline, the electron density and the laser pulse outline of CVL with different parameter are given. Very good agreement is existed on the laser characters between this simulation prediction and the laser existing. The thermal characters of CVL is analysed, and some results of our works is given.
